Las clases están enseñadas por una cooperante de la Mancomunidad de los EEUU, Athalia, y Juan Carlos, el técnico de Desarrollo Económico Local de la Mancomunidad, quien pasó cuatro años estudiando inglés y trabajando en Inglaterra. The classes are being taught by Athalia, an intern for the Mancommunity from the USA, and by Juan Carlos, the technician for Local Economic Development who spent four years studying English and working in England.
